Who we are
PCV Vault is operated by Personal Certifications & Verifications Group Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us at hello@pcvvault.com.
What we collect
During early access we collect only your email address, so we can tell you when the product is ready. Once the product launches, we will process the account details you provide (such as your name and country) and the documents you choose to upload, in order to provide the service.
How we use it
We use your data to operate PCV Vault: to create and secure your account, store and organise your documents, send expiry reminders and service emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Where it’s stored and how it’s protected
Data is stored on dedicated infrastructure and encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted and logged. See our security overview for detail.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU and UK under the GDPR/UK-GDPR), you have rights to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these at any time by contacting hello@pcvvault.com.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a document or your account, it is permanently removed from storage. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or launch is complete.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. This is a working draft and will be finalised with legal review before public launch.
