What happens when the free trial ends?
We take the first payment on the date shown in your account, at the price you picked. We tell you that date the moment you sign up, and it is on your billing page the whole time. Cancel before it and you pay nothing at all.
Do I have to give a card to try it?
Yes. It means nothing is interrupted on the day your trial ends, and it means the people using PCV Vault are people who intend to keep their documents here. You are not charged until your free trial is over.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
They stay. Cancelling changes how much new material you can add, never what is already in your vault. You can download everything you own at any time, on any plan, and you can delete the lot yourself.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Customers outside the UK are charged the rate for their own country, worked out at checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions, from the billing page in your account. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
